A complex but yet a powerful editor for web applications and mobile animations. All Complex animations for your need can be done using WebFlow. It is best for designing webpages easy and smooth. But it does need some effort to get used to the animation technique.
Figma
It is the most famous and most used in the silicon valley for designing. It is a Web-based application but yet it has software. Animations are quite tough to make when compared to Adobe XD. Adobe XD contains states and components which makes it more powerful.
